All units are full-floor and can be accessed by two elevators that work with access codes. They also have access to large service elevators. These 21 units are 390 m2 and have 4 bedrooms each and are thus projected to be the most exclusive units in the city of Asuncion.

Common areas are located towards the front, facing Primer Presidente Avenue, and have floor-to-ceiling glass windows, so as to take advantage of the wide, green views. The living-dining room is horizontally placed, thus ensuring that it is well it in its entirety.
